Help Protest the Open Sewage Lagoons on Tune Drive
You can help us PROTEST the possible
renewal of a NMED discharge permit to operate a
OPEN SEWAGE LAGOON at the head of Tune Drive!
Our 2006 SNA Land Use Ordinance now PROHIBITS these lagoons.
The County Commissioners have decided not to back up our ordinance!
We elected them and now they have walked away from us without even hearing
our complaints.
Here is what you can do:
The permit is in the hands of the New Mexico Environment Department
(NMED)
and we need to let them know that we care about the renewal of S&R's permit

3 FOLLOWING WAYS:
