Addressing conflicts with issues covered by property owner covenants or SNA Land Use Regulations.
August 15, 2022

When you have a problem with a neighbor it is recommended that neighbors contact each other first in an attempt to resolve the issue. If neighbors are unable to come to a resolution, a person can contact the SNA President. The President will call a Board meeting to discuss the issue. The Board will schedule a meeting with both parties for the purpose of mediation. If the mediation meeting is unsuccessful the issue may need to be resolved with the county if the complaint is regulated by the SNA Land Use Regulations or through civil court if the complaint is related to Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs).
